Customer Service Coordinator

Randstad is working closely with a reputable technical services organisation to recruit a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Support & Operations Coordinator. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being at the centre of operations, supporting field teams and customers while keeping day-to-day processes running efficiently.

The role

As part of the operations team, you will act as a key point of contact between technicians, subcontractors, internal stakeholders and customers. You will support operational workflows, manage enquiries, and ensure information is accurate, timely, and compliant. Your ability to stay organised and communicate clearly will be essential in this fast-paced environment.

Key duties

• Act as the primary contact for technicians and subcontractors, providing daily operational support

• Manage incoming enquiries from clients and field staff via phone and email

• Coordinate schedules, documentation, and operational updates

• Assist with basic device, system, and application troubleshooting for field teams

• Prepare reports and maintain accurate operational records

• Ensure processes align with internal procedures and compliance requirements

• Provide general administrative support to the wider operations team

About you

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

• Comfortable managing multiple tasks and shifting priorities

• Confident using Microsoft Office, including Excel

• Previous experience in customer service, administration, or operations support

• A proactive mindset with a practical, solution-driven approach
